I am one of very few real estate agents on the California Central Coast (Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties) that can honestly say that he or she has made a successful career in selling local multifamily property. I am one of the most active and productive real estate agents in this market and have been since the beginning of my career in 1979.

I own and operate multifamily property personally. This is important in that, not only do I understand the more cerebral aspects of multifamily property ownership, I understand the day to day aspects of operations - dealing with people and materials.

As a personal note - My father is a retired doctor and hospital administrator. My mother attained an M.S. in Biochemistry and teaching credentials for college level mathematics, but chose to raise four children rather than pursue an outside career. My parents hold six college degrees between them! They live nearby in Montecito. They have been involved in multifamily property since the early 1960s and put together a respectable portfolio that is now their main financial resource in retirement. I have been exposed to the multifamily property business my entire my life.

I am married to a wonderful woman and fellow UCSB graduate. She has an outstanding professional background in management in the insurance field and is now involved in property management.

We have a eighteen year old daughter and an nine year old son and live in Goleta. We are both very involved in their lives!
