As a personal note - My father is a retired doctor and hospital administrator. My late mother attained an M.S. in Biochemistry and teaching credentials for college level mathematics, but chose to raise four children rather than pursue an outside career. My parents graduated with six college degrees between them! They began investing in multifamily property in the early 1960s and put together a respectable portfolio that has been their main financial resource in retirement. I have been exposed to the multifamily property business my entire life.

I am married to a wonderful woman and fellow UCSB graduate. She has an outstanding professional background in management in the insurance field and in property management and operations. We have a son, three dogs and live in Goleta.
